The ISO 22000 collection of standards for safe food supply chains and food safety organizations is now available on ISO’s Online Browsing Platform (OBP). All the standards available for food organizations are included in this collection of standards by ISO. Designed to help global companies in the food chain to implement food safety management systems, the new released ISO 22000 collection gives access to the eight standards and technical specifications currently making up the ISO 22000 family.

It will help organizations and ISO 22000 consultants to get a grip on food safety hazards and provide consistently safe end products that meet both customer and industry needs.

What ISO 22000 Collection Offers to Food Safety Consultants

As a unique tool for viewing ISO standards and publications, the OBP enables any food safety consultant to:

  • Access and view online the complete portfolio of standards making up the food safety family of standards directly in ISO 22000 HACCP and food safety organization???s library
  • ISO 22000 food safety consultants get new and updated standards added to their collection at no additional cost
  • Any food safety organization can use advanced filtering/search options for faster access and retrieval of the content as per need for their work.

The ISO 22000 collection is available at compatible rate of 375 Swiss francs, any food safety consultants or food safety organization can access this suite of standards from any computer or tablet by using internet.

ISO 22000 is the latest collection to be made available on ISO’s Online Browsing Platform, which already features the popular ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 families of standards.

The most effective food safety standards systems are established, operated and updated within the framework of a structured management system and incorporated into the overall management activities of the organization. This provides maximum benefit for the organization and interested parties. This International Standard has been aligned with ISO 9001 Quality in order to enhance the compatibility of the two standards.

Organizations within the food chain range from feed producers and primary producers through food manufacturers, transport and storage operators and subcontractors to retail and food service outlets (together with inter-related organizations such as producers of equipment, packaging material, cleaning agents, additives and ingredients). Service providers are also included.
